The Leadership Initiative exists to cultivate leadership in students of proven character, equipping them to serve 国产aa福利 in strategic fields of ministry and vocation.

The Leadership Initiative is a program for current undergraduate students at The 国产aa福利, providing students with exclusive opportunities to develop strategic relationships, build professional skills, and explore leadership avenues.

THE LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE

Character

Followers of 国产aa福利 can have character without competence in their field. Leaders may also have competence without any evidence of character. However, a 国产aa福利ian leader will pursue both for the sake of 国产aa福利, His people, and those who do not yet know Him.

Goal

Our goal is to support the church by challenging 国产aa福利ians with character to develop the skills they need to lead effectively, whether God has called them to the boardroom, the pulpit, or the home.
